Desscaras the Abyssal Witch from Ichi the Witch

A black skinned woman with big poofy hair (pigtails wise) in white-beige fancy clothes. She has a sword-themed Duel Disk at her hip, and constantly wears black gloves for unknown reasons. She also has a gold serpentine tail she wears from the waist, it's unknown if it's an actual tail or some sort of fashion accessory.

High School Student at St. Mary's College for Girls & St. Mary's Reform School for Young Ladies

Duel Information:
P.U.N.K., a Psychic centric Deck based on Japanese cultural arts such as Noh and the like, with Punk style aesthetics. It specializes in using Level 3 Psychics to help summon High Level and Rank Extra Deck monsters. (Xyz, Synchro AND Fusion!)

Personality:
Huffy. Self assured. Arrogant. A bit bratty. Tsuntsun. Destinee is a needly young(?) woman with a self assured personality, befitting a girl with an uptown attitude, but she easily gets her pride bruised and emotionally flusted. She's the sort to laugh smugly, with a cute 'ohohoho', and then when a friend or frenemy (such as Kamala) punctures her ego, she pouts and whintes and bites a pillow with sharp teeth as she kicks and flails.

She's perfectly capable of love and friendship, and wants to get closer to Kamala, but she easily gets frustrated by the young girl, being the downtown girl, despite being the heir of the wealthy Wakahisa Family (She's not Princess Guren, don't be absurd.). So the two's upbringing leads to them having enormous friction. Especially, Kamala seemingly having talent but seems to stick to Melffy, when she knows the young girl is capable of so much more.

She also loves her adoptive mother, Dahlia, and the two seem to be a well adjusted family, despite not being blood. But Destinee, despite her uptown girl attitude, is a bit of a troublemaker and scamp and whines to her mom, which is how she ended up in St. Mary's Reform School for Young Ladies.

... Somehow she seems to have a nearly paranormal grasp of swordplay, engineering, computer programming, genetics and other subjects but that's just kids these days.

History:
Destinee was discovered by Dahlia Dilemma in a collapsed Da Eiza church, naked, on an altar, desperately grasping onto the card "Time Machine". She was in a cold, delirious amnesiac state, and had to be taken to the hospital for treatment. One thing after another ultimately led to Dahlia becoming Destinee's adoptive mother (and naming her Destinee).

Tests seemed to indicate for whatever reason, Destinee had an unusually high amount of non-Sapiens Homo DNA to her and components of Spirit essence, but the full exacts of what she is seems to be unclear. (i.e. she seems to have non-modern Human DNA in her, but this isn't so strange if you're from, say, Europe.)

As well, she seems to not have aged since Dahlia picked her up, with no clear reason why her body seems to not progress, but she's still in the eerie space of looking like she's somewhere in the range of 15 to 18, and she began attending Middle School, through the St. Mary's Primary School... but has graduated to High School, but it feels like she keeps looping her first year in High School. It's not like time is glitched and reality is errant.

Or it's because her academic record is iffy. She's clearly intelligent, but information just comes to her, but she can't show her work, or her haughty and noble attitude clashes with her teachers, or she fails the tests due to her own academic boredom, feeling she's done this already. As a result, her atttitude has led her mom to enroll her at St. Mary's Reform School. But the reform school has failed to squeeze out her delinquent attitude.

That said... where did she come from? Destinee doesn't know. But the only hint is the word "Vel" seem very important to her.

But for right now, she's Kamala's frenemy at St. Mary's after school. The two girls constantly butt heads, yell at each other, pull each other's hair and whine at each other and at current, Destinee squishes Kamala's Melffy Deck with her P.U.N.K. Deck, baffled why the girl seems to be using such an underpowered Deck, or why Kyoko or Kanan listen to her, if she's such a third rate Duelist with a fifth rate Deck.

Why Are They Here:
Re-purposing some ideas together to make them work, and possibly for a future idea of Linka's. Also, I need to get this monkey off my back so I can focus on the current plot.
